Create Classified file Qiime2
This tutorial is for show how to transfer MARE-MAGE database to QIIME2.
1. Download the file FASTA and Taxonomy
2. Install QIIME2 from the offcial site web.
3. Activate QIIME2,
4. Import the UNITE reference sequences into QIIME2.
```
qiime tools import \
--type FeatureData[Sequence] \
--input-path fasta-mare_mage-subdatabase-file.fasta \
--output-path reference-mare_mage-subdatabase.2020.qza
```
5. Import the taxonomy file.
```
qiime tools import \
--type FeatureData[Taxonomy] \
--input-path Taxonomy_mare-mage-subdatabase-file.txt \
--output-path Taxonomy-mare_mage-subdatabase.2020.qza \
--input-format HeaderlessTSVTaxonomyFormat
```
6. Train the classifier.
```
qiime feature-classifier fit-classifier-naive-bayes \
--i-reference-reads reference-mare_mage-subdatabase.2020.qza \
--i-reference-taxonomy Taxonomy-mare_mage-subdatabase.2020.qza \
--o-classifier unite-ver8-99-classifier-04.02.2020.qza
```
Then you can process according the tutorials of QIIME2 and DADA2 for how to use the classifier file.

6. Train the classifier.

--i-reference-taxonomy Taxonomy-mare_mage-subdatabase.2020.qza \
--o-classifier unite-ver8-99-classifier-04.02.2020.qza
```
